October 18, 2001I really like the first, third and seventh panels. The other panels get the job done and since this is stock footage we will see them again. That's the great thing about doing a magic girls parody: reusing panels is just part of the show. A lot of artists emphasize the imporantance of drawing the full character and erasing all but the outline for doing a sillouette. I did this and then realized that if I erased it all, you'd just see her hair so I kept the inner body outline also. Hocus was difficult to draw in the last panel, but I think he looks cute.
